This was just an appropriate option for a short interlude in Singapore with a great value-to-price ratio. The staff were knowledgeable although a bit curt, but I appreciated their assistance with my check-in process. Consider arrival timing as the reception can get quite busy there.

Location was the highlight, very close to Bugis and other attractions. Easy access to public transport made exploring the city simple. Clean modern room despite some age, comfortable bed, and good shower. Staff were attentive and even helped with printing tickets. Breakfast included a basic spread. I appreciated the hot options. On the downside, the breakfast choices became repetitive over four mornings. The coffee shop staff seemed untrained, and I faced issues accessing extra cutlery. Also, the room I had felt humid due to lack of ventilation as it had no windows. Had ants in the second room, which was annoying. Overall, it’s a decent base for exploring Singapore but needs improvement in service quality and maintaining the rooms better.

The hotel boasts a prime location near the MRT and various local dining spots, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms are regularly cleaned, equipped with basic amenities, and I received complimentary bottled water daily. However, the beds are exceptionally firm, which may not suit everyone's preference.

Lacked adequate cleaning with hair found in the room upon arrival. The absence of a window in the room made it feel more cramped, and the breakfast experience could be improved with more variety instead of the same offerings each day.

Positive, Great location! Just a short walk to the MRT and many attractions. Room was cozy for a couple, comfortable, and well-equipped. Breakfast had a good variety, even with daily changes. Staff were helpful. Would definitely stay again! 😊

The stay offered a clean and comfortable room, perfect for a short visit. However, the breakfast options were basic and the seating was often limited. While the room was well-maintained, the air conditioning could use improvement for warmer days. A decent choice for travelers seeking budget accommodation close to important attractions.

Early check-in policy should be more transparent!!! Offering water or coffee during long waits would enhance guest experience!!! Room allocations need improvement, especially with unoccupied floors!!! Room maintenance requires better attention!!!

Here's my take on it
Conveniently located near the MRT, making explorations effortless! The staff were friendly and communication was excellent. Breakfast had a good variety, though seating could be tight during peak hours. My room was comfortable with a clean atmosphere. A great base for both relaxation and adventure in the heart of the city!

This hotel was just a proper fit for a short stay in Singapore with fantastic value for money. The small self-serve breakfast saved time, despite the limited seating. Try to head down early for the breakfast buffet to avoid the crowd.
